How to enable Bluetooth?Bluetooth's application info: Enable Bluetooth in your phone's setting panel to allow phone authorization, data sync or unlocking the door with BLE.

Authorization failure (Admin or User authorization failure)User authorization via Admin phone: Check that the Bluetooth function on the Admin phone is enabled. Refer to "How to enable Bluetooth". Make sure the Admin phone is within Device Distance range to have the strongest Bluetooth signal (the range is between 1 to 20). Avoid moving the phone during authorization sequence.

Phone CompatibilityIn order to provide optimal service, ANXELL maintains app support for the two most recent operating systems for both iOS and Android playforms. ANXELL products are compatible with most newer model iOS and Android phones supporting Bluetooth 4.0. Compatible iOS Devices: iOS 9.0 and up. Compatible Android Devices: ANXELL products are compatible with Android phones equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and running Android 5 and up. We routinely test with phones from the major manufacturers, including Samsung, Oppo, Hwawei, Xiaomi, and HTC. In some cases on specific phones, the Android Bluetooth stack can get stuck in a bad state, and may need to be re-started by the user by turning bluetooth on and off.
